有唔少朋友表示,多咗留喺屋企🏠,睇電視📺和吃零食🍫嘅時間增多了。相對地,體重也上升了⬆️!所以大家千萬不要懶惰🙅🏻‍♂️,要保持運動,跟我哋教練一齊上Online class啦!⁣⁣

Some people said that they spent more time at home🏠, leading to more time watching TV📺 and snacking🍫. Relatively, the weight has increased⬆️ too! So do n’t be lazy🙅🏻‍♂️, keep exercises and join the online class with our instructors!⁣⁣
