收到有觀眾既查詢,有時夜晚🌙做完運動,整個人都變得好精神,遲遲未能睡😪。同大家一齊分享下先!原因喺因為身體肌肉處於緊張狀態,所以建議大家運動後,👉🏻記得拉筋10-15分鐘,讓肌肉可以慢慢放鬆。然後可以沖涼再舒緩心情💆🏻,那睡眠質素可能比平時更佳喔🛌🏻!⁣
