大家有時可能都會,未必可以跟足導師嘅所有動作🏋🏻‍♀️。其實唔緊要架,大家可以按返自己嘅身體情況🏃🏻‍♀️作出調節。當練習多幾次後,身體亦會逐漸適應和增強📶。睇住自己嘅體能有所進步,其實都喺一份成功感和滿足感💫。大家一齊加油💪🏻!⁣

Maybe you may not always be able to follow all the exercises🏋🏻‍♀️ of our instructor. Actually, it does n’t matter, everyone can make adjustments base on your own physical conditions🏃🏻‍♀️. After practicing several times, your body will gradually adapt and strengthen📶. Seeing your physical fitness improve is also a sense of success and satisfaction💫. Come on, fighting together💪🏻!⁣
