近日都聽到唔少人話Home Office到悶悶地💻,體重又上升咗唔少😵。疫情期間可能唔少人都會留在家中,但其實唔運動,身體反而會更差👎🏻!有報告指,運動時加快了呼吸系統運行🌀,而快速的呼吸更可以幫助身體將細菌排出肺和呼吸道。所以帶氧鍛鍊係非常重要,每週至少做3-4天,至少要做最少要20-30分鐘🕜。宜家等我哋教練Freeman 🙋🏻‍♂同大家分享下幾個帶氧訓練,帶動大家一齊做運動!⁣⁣

Some reports points that the respiratory system is accelerated during exercise, and rapid breathing🌀 can help the body remove bacteria from the lungs and airways. Therefore, the aerobic training is very important. Do it at least 3-4 days a week and at least 20-30 minutes🕜.
