Legs Butts Core - L.B.C.】
為想改變的大家而做足準備,這個課程為您提供所需的腿部和核心的訓練。
 

-腿部運動

這是複合運動,會串連許多肌肉群的參與。例如,深蹲會令您的四頭肌,而繩肌,臀肌,大腿內側和外側大腿都活動起來,但它們同時可以激活您的核心!此外,在進行肌力訓練時,下半身運動也可以使您的心律加快,同時增加心肺功能。
 

-臀肌運動
這個主要的肌肉群(由臀大肌,中樞和小肌組成)是爆發性運動中的關鍵角色,如跳躍和短跑。結實的屁股還可以幫助減輕腰痛,並使日常運動變得容易得多,如站立和爬樓梯。穿牛仔褲時還會更加好看。


-核心肌肉運動
是整個身體的穩定器,有助於身體更有效地發揮功用。一些核心肌肉的例子,如腹直肌(六塊腹肌),內斜肌和外斜肌,橫腹肌和豎脊肌。所有核心肌肉連合運作以提供力量和協調的運動。由於核心肌肉是協同工作的,因此最好進行一個整體訓練,而不是把它們單獨地訓練。只針對地訓練一個特定的核心肌肉,可能還會對身體有不良影響。

-Leg exercises
These are compound movements, which means they engage many muscle groups. For example, Squats will engage your quads,  hamstrings, glutes, inner and outer thighs. But they also activate your core! Additionally, lower body exercises can get your heart rate up as well for a bit of cardio while strength training.
 

-Butt exercises
This major muscle group (made up of your gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus) is a key player in explosive movements like jumping and sprinting. A strong butt can also help relieve low back pain and make everyday movements become much easier, like standing and climbing stairs. It looks even better when wearing jeans.


-Core exercises
The core muscles work as stabilizers for the entire body and help the body function more effectively. Some examples of core muscles are the rectus abdominis (the six pack), the internal and external obliques, the transverse abdominis and the erector spinae. All of the core muscles work together to supply strength and coordinated movement. Because the core muscles work in unison, it’s best to train them together as a group rather than attempt to isolate them individually. It can be detrimental to overdevelop one particular core muscle in relation to the others.
